Most mindfulness courses take place over one day. This is perhaps one of the least effective ways of learning mindfulness. Mindfulness is better taken as an eight-week course with exercises you can practice regularly.
Our online mindfulness course takes eight weeks to complete, but you only need to spend between five to ten minutes per day doing the program to experience all the benefits mindfulness has to offer such as better health and a reduction in your stress levels.
